ACO Property Advisors, Inc., founded by Alan Oppenheim, has been providing real estate services to corporate and individual clients throughout upstate New York since 1994. As ACO's business continued to grow in the Whiteface Mountain Region, a local office was opened in order to better serve buyers and sellers in the Wilmington/Lake Placid area. The office is located in the "Town Center" of Wilmington, and has continued to grow, as has the local real estate market.

Alan Oppenheim: President of ACO Property Advisors, Inc. Alan has 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage and development. In addition to his extensive experience in developing and marketing real estate in the Wilmington NY area, Alan has worked throughout the Northeast on behalf of major developers, utilities, lending institutions, and private landowners.
Alan has a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors, the Greater Capital Association of Realtors and the Albany area Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers.

Rarilee Conway: ACO Property Advisors, Inc.'s office manager is a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and is responsible for the daily operations of ACO's Wilmington Office. She is a resident of Wilmington and the former Marketing Director of the Whiteface Mountain Regional Visitors Bureau. Her extensive knowledge of the area has been a valuable asset for clients interested in buying and selling throughout the Whiteface region.
Rarilee has a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from The University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors, serves on the Board of Directors for the Town of Wilmington Youth Center, and is the New York State Director for Personal Ponies, a not-for-profit charitable organization.
